Applications section one illustration

Currently, off-chain applications require developers to build their own node infrastructures individually and repetitively.

These node infrastructures can take up to 6-12 months to build, a huge time and financial commitment compared to that of smart contract based on-chain applications.

Building off-chain applications can be compared to building on-chain applications without a general-purpose underlying platform like Ethereum.

I.e. Namecoin - a legacy platform mirroring aspects of ENS (Ethereum Name Service) but with a standalone blockchain for its backend.

The cumbersome nature of developing off-chain applications is hindering the integration between Web2 and Web3 paradigms.

With a more robust off-chain ecosystem utilizing data and resources from both Web2 and Web3 worlds, we will be seeing not only more capable on-chain applications, but also a more cohesive integration between both ecosystems.

  • A composable, light-weight, and robust infrastructure that allows for off-chain service providers to focus purely on business development.

  • Facilitating both data flow and service logic between Web2 and Web3 ecosystems.

TX Mesh Technical Structure

Technical structure section illustration
  • 1. Modular plug-and-play design

Official tool kits for an easy development experience including pluggable BFT, on-chain identity modules and more.

  • 2. Service framework

Robust framework that supports a wide range of service logic.

  • 3. General-purpose node communication protocol

P2P network that features local consensus and facilitates both data and service based transactions.

  • 4. Flexible hardware specifications

TX Mesh network supports a wide range of hardware specifications. The likes of Raspberry Pi are sufficient.

Use cases section illustration

Use cases

TX Swap is an off-chain liquidity aggregation platform built on TX Mesh that connects cross-chain market makers & arbitrageurs directly with retail users.

TX Swap can aggregate market makers and arbitrageurs’ various liquidity sources across different on-chain and off-chain ecosystems including CEX, AMM, lending pools, dark pools, etc, allowing retail users to have the best prices and asset coverages by directly trading with these market makers and arbitrageurs.

The next 100 Oracles, Bridges, and innovative use cases.

With the general-purpose design of TX Mesh network, off-chain business logic, written as procedures with pre-defined transaction types, can be re-implemented by different service providers. This allows the network to have an increasing amount of marginal utility. We believe that with off-chain composability and healthy competition, TX Mesh will help drive the next stage of growth for the entire Web3 ecosystem.

Interoperability among off-chain applications.

In the TX Mesh ecosystem, the ability to re-implement business logic or procedures allows interoperability among different off-chain applications that utilize the same set of transaction types and ABI call standards. Off-chain applications with distinct consensus mechanisms, such as roll-ups, will be able to cohesively transmit data and services for the first time.
